Faculty of Medicine Organizes a Workshop on Measurement and Evaluation Concepts

The Faculty of Medicine organized a workshop entitled “Concepts of Measurement and Evaluation,” as part of the faculty’s efforts to develop the assessment and examination system and enhance the competencies of faculty members.

The workshop was delivered by Professor Amgad Bahij, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at Beni Suef University. He addressed the latest concepts and approved methodologies in measurement and evaluation, methods of test construction and analysis, and the development of question banks in accordance with quality standards.

The workshop was also attended by Associate Professor Shaimaa Mohsen, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, who emphasized the unit’s ongoing commitment to providing training programs that support the improvement of the educational process.

The workshop was held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the Faculty of Medicine at 10:00 a.m.
