It is with great pride that we celebrate the remarkable achievement of the Rheumatology Department at Beni Suef University Faculty of Medicine, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mervat Ismail and the distinguished faculty team. The department has secured second place in the competition for junior faculty members and teaching assistants at the Egyptian Society for Rheumatology, Arthritis, and Immunology Conference in Luxor.
This outstanding accomplishment comes in a competition that witnessed extensive participation from over 15 prestigious Egyptian universities, including Cairo, Alexandria, Ain Shams, Military Medicine, Zagazig, Mansoura, Tanta, Minya, Sohag, Assiut, and Qena, in the fields of Rheumatology and Internal Medicine.
Achieving second place amidst such a high level of academic and scientific competition reflects the quality of education and research at Beni Suef University, the competence of its faculty members, and their ability to compete both nationally and regionally.
Congratulations to the Rheumatology Department, congratulations to the Faculty of Medicine, and congratulations to our esteemed university
