Internship Committee Meeting at the Faculty of Medicine – Beni Suef University
The Internship and Follow-up Committee of the Faculty of Medicine at Beni Suef University held its meeting under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Hany Hamed Desouky, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Chairman of the University Hospitals Board, and Chairman of the Committee.
The meeting was attended by:

Prof. Dr. Samraa Hussein, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs
•
Prof. Dr. Emad El-Banna, Executive Director of the University Hospitals
•
Prof. Dr. Al-Zahraa Mohamed Fahmy, Director of the Internship Committee
•
Mr. Hossam Hemdan, Director of the Physicians Affairs Administration
•
Ms. Giliane Samir, Committee Secretary, along with the committee members.
The agenda of Meeting No. (20) included several key topics:
•
Issuing internship certificates to the 2024 medical interns enrolled under the 2+5 educational system.
•
Notifying department heads of the internship students' distribution schedule in accordance with the new system.
•
Receiving educational supervisors' performance reports from all departments.
•
Organizing four specialized training lectures by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
•
Completing the mandatory training lectures required for the 2026 internship cohort.
These measures reflect the Faculty's ongoing commitment to enhancing the educational and clinical training process and ensuring the comprehensive quality of the internship program, in line with its mission of preparing highly qualified and competent medical professionals.
